| 1 lb. Pasta - Ziti, Cavatappi, Rigatoni, any hollow tube style 3 Links of Sweet Italian Sausage Your Favorite Bottled Red Sauce 1 Chopped Onion 3 cloves Garlic Mushrooms (optional) 1 lb Spinach Some Broccoli Crowns Grated Parmesan Cheese Fresh Mozzarella Olive Oil Salt and Pepper to Taste Preheat your over to 350 degrees. In a medium pot bring some water to a boil and add pasta. Boil until al dente, roughly 8-10 minutes. While pasta is cooking, heat a large sauté pan to medium high. Add a splash of olive oil, chopped garlic, onions, mushrooms and broccoli. Sauté for five to seven minutes then add whole sausage. Let the sausage cook until brown on all sides then remove. Cut into pieces and return to pan. Sausage probably won't be cooked through but that's ok now. Once pasta is done, drain well and add to pan. Splash on more oil and add spinach. Don't worry, it will cook down. Add as much of the red sauce as you like and toss. Season with salt and pepper. Once everything is well incorporated, add everything to a large casserole or pyrex dish. Sprinkle Parmesan and fresh mozzarella on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is brown and bubbling. Add some more cheese if you want and FEAST on a classic miesel.
