Diesel BBQ Sauce

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Large Onion, Chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
1 Cup of Ketchup
1 Cup Chili Sauce
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons A-1 Sauce
2 Tablespoons Spicy Brown Mustard
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
Squeeze of Honey
2 Canned Chipotle Peppers (Goya) or 1 Large Jalepeno, Seeded and Chopped (Optional for Heat/Spiciness)

In saucepan sauté onion and garlic in oil. Once caramelized, add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. The longer it cooks, the more flavor will develop. Taste and season/adjust to your liking. Cool. Use to baste or marinate meat. Double the recipe if you like it saucy.
